A small architectural practice which is set up to response to the specific requirements of its clients, in terms of design, programme and project cost. Projects of all sizes and types are undertaken, and all large and small projects are all developed with care and personal attention to detail.

Qualification
The practice principle is Denis Porter, who qualified as an Architect In 1975 (Dip. Arch. Leicester), and a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects. He later studied redevelopment, large housing for a Masters Degree at Bath, and gained an M. Sc. in the Conservation of Historic Buildings. Denis has been the principle of this practice for 16 years following career progression as a project architect, accommodation and with various leading national practice.

The practice is supported by technical staff as required, and has close working relationships with associated practices to offer a multi-disciplinary design service required to suit specific projects.

Experience
The practice was based upon a background of commercial and housing development. Work includes master planning for area of British Architects. He later studied redevelopment, large housing developments, smaller housing clusters and bespoke single dwellings, home extensions and alterations. We have worked with Healthcare clients to design care homes and secure associate and regional director of a Property owners to achieve successful building conversions and new uses for redundant buildings.

We advise on proposed works to listed buildings and rectifying problems in relation to unauthorised alterations to listed buildings. We also design stables,swimming pools, small industrial buildings, bespoke sun rooms and pavilions.
